D'CAF Origin is India's first CO₂-process specialty decaf coffee — single-estate Arabica beans from Chikmagalur, decaffeinated without chemicals, without compromise.
Most decaf coffee tastes flat because it's processed with solvents that strip flavour alongside the caffeine. Origin uses supercritical CO₂ — a chemical-free method that selectively removes caffeine while leaving the bean's natural oils, aromas, and complexity completely intact. The result is a decaffeinated coffee that actually tastes like great coffee.

What is D'CAF coffee?
D'CAF coffee is regular specialty-grade coffee that has had its caffeine removed using the supercritical CO₂ process to <0.1 by dry weight, while keeping all the natural flavour compounds and antioxidants intact. How is caffeine removed from D'CAF coffee?

Does D'CAF taste different from regular coffee?
Not at all! Because we use gentle processing methods and roast carefully, our coffee retains its full body and flavour. Most people can’t tell the difference in blind tastings.
